Important Notes

• Rates are Net and Non-Commissionable and are valid for the mentioned dates only
• Rates are quoted based on min number of pax as mentioned in the itinerary
• Rooms / Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
• In case of any unavailability we reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers of equal standard.
• For certain sightseeing tours you may need to go for to the start / pickup point and will be dropped back to the same point.
• Certain sightseeing activities are seasonal in nature, do check with us on its availability.
• We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings or early morning sightseeing tours.
• As per the standard hotel policy in USA, breakfast is usually for only 2pax in a room irrespective of number of occupants whether 3 or 4. But sometimes the hotel does provide breakfast for all occupants. In case if not included for all, guest will need to pay for breakfast directly.
• No refunds either in part or full shall be made for any unused services on tour or before the tour if it has entered the cancellation date./li>
• Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by client in cash or by credit card directly

Cancellation Policy

• Bank Remittance Charge of USD 30 or Credit Card Fees of 3% is applicable per invoice
• In case of last moment booking, a credit card guarantee is required to proceed with booking.
• We will need a 25% deposit to process the booking and balance full Payment would be due 30 days prior to the departure date.
• Cancellation charges applicable strictly as per the cancellation policies below:
• Cancellation 30-15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
• Cancellation 15-07 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
• Cancellation 07 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost.
